Yah, I have been good, kinda aged a bit

Actually going to uni now and enjoying my course of multimedia with a major of interactive entertainment.

Current projects, hurm, well attempting to keep my web comic up to date, making a flash film for fun. Not to much coding, tho this semester is modeling and animation and next semester is c++ 2d coding (followed by 3d coding the next year XD)

After I have learnt a good amount of 3d coding I want to try making Dark afterlife again, prolly just to learn more about coding, which is what that game idea was good for.

Also have to get back into this 'super smash bros: flash' coz every week I get one FAV on it and people keep on bugging me to finish it

Yeah don't remind me how long it's been lol.
I still think 1995 was only a couple of years ago.

And yeah there's nothing wrong with trying new things and adopting some techniques

Ha, I am still slightly weirded out, its been what, 3 years

But yah, I have always believed that the best art comes from within, so if you are copying someones art all the time you cant really truly express yourself. Although sometimes I do try other peoples art to see how different styles are drawn.

That's a good thing though
I love it when people's art is recognisable.
Means they're developing their own style unlike of the thousands of others who are just blatantly copying other artist's styles and never bother with one of their own.

There's a Super Smash Bros. Melle flash game on newgrounds, is that yours?

Ha havent touched that for a while, I did get the basis of it finished though it still is pretty dodgy. The main roblem was collision which is funny because a frind of mine has almost finished a collision engine in flash:
